At Arctos Bookish Den, we are committed to getting your next great read to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may be longer during new releases, holidays, sales, or special events.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping on orders of $50 or more within the United States (before taxes and after discounts, unless otherwise stated).
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary by shipping carrier and destination. Once your order has shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier and are outside of our control.
Order Tracking
If tracking information is available, it will be provided once your order has shipped so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Arctos Bookish Den is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Arctos Bookish Den is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Missing or Incorrect Items
If you receive an incorrect item or are missing an item from your order, please notify us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
