Books may be returned or exchanged for store credit within 7 days of receiving your order, provided they are in their original, unread condition.

Returns Without a Receipt

Returns without a receipt or invoice may be accepted for store credit at management’s discretion. Any approved return will be issued at the book’s current selling value. Please contact us for assistance.

Mail Returns & Exchanges

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping method, as Arctos Bookish Den is not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during return transit.
